All repairs, including sprinkler and backflow repairs, are billed separately from maintenance services. Repairs are not included with spring start-ups, blowouts, or backflow testing unless explicitly stated in writing.
Parts and labor are subject to availability and pricing at the time of service. H2O FLOW LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist with warranty claims when applicable.
Annual backflow testing is performed in accordance with state and local regulations. Testing includes required documentation and submission to the applicable water purveyor.
Testing does not include repairs or replacement of failed assemblies. Failed tests will be communicated to the customer, and repair or replacement options will be quoted separately.
Some municipalities require additional processing or compliance fees. These fees may be billed separately or included as part of the service price depending on jurisdiction.
