In most areas, including Spokane, your backflow prevention device must be tested annually to stay compliant with local water regulations. Regular testing helps ensure your drinking water stays safe from contamination.

If your device fails, we’ll explain the issue clearly and walk you through the next steps. In most cases, we can repair or replace the device on the spot to bring it back into compliance.

Most residential backflow tests take about 20–30 minutes, while commercial or complex systems may take a bit longer. We also handle all the paperwork so you don’t have to.

Do you submit the backflow test results for me?

Yes. Once testing is complete, H2O FLOW submits the required reports directly to your water provider to ensure you stay in compliance without the stress or follow-up.

During a start-up, we pressurize the system, inspect each zone, test for leaks or damage, clean or replace clogged heads, and adjust spray coverage to get everything running efficiently.

When should I schedule a sprinkler blowout?

It’s best to schedule your winterization before Spokane’s first hard freeze, typically in mid-October to early November. A proper blowout prevents frozen pipes and expensive repairs.

Can you repair  without replacing everything?

Yes. We specialize in targeted repairs—whether it's a single head, valve, or section of pipe. You’ll only pay for what needs fixing, not a full system replacement.

Do you offer service for commercial irrigation systems?
an arrow pointing down

We do. H2O FLOW provides commercial service for offices, HOAs, retail spaces, and more—offering everything from backflow installs to seasonal irrigation checks and repairs.

Why is one zone not turning on or off?

This is often caused by a faulty valve or controller issue. We can quickly diagnose the problem, repair or replace the part, and restore normal operation to your system.

How do I know if I have a leak in my irrigation system?

Common signs include soggy spots, unusually high water bills, low pressure, or dry patches in your lawn. We offer full diagnostics and repairs to catch and fix the issue early.
